Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders will ship Monday through to Friday for standard delivery, and should take 2-3 working days. If your order is placed on a Friday by 12pm it will be processed the following Monday. Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Spend 200 DHS or more in the UAE and free standard shipping is all yours! 

Orders under 200 DHS standard shipping of applies. 

CANCELLATION

Let us know right away, by emailing info@thelittlebirdygroup.com or call 04 399 5649 or message us in WhatsApp +971 56 400 8024 and we will try our best to attend your concerns! Please note if the order is already processed and dispatched we are unable to accept the cancellation request.

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
