All our items are falling under the below return and refund policy. However, all items must be returned in perfect condition inside and out, as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date less all shipping and handling charges, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, used, burned (for candles), soiled, washed, or altered. Returns received at our facility by mail within 10 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 10 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. All items must be received into our warehouse and checked prior to exchanges or refunds being given. For outside UAE clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
