Chamomile Blend Essential Oil

Chamomile essential oil is extracted from the flowers and stalk of the Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) plant and has a sweet fruity herbaceous aroma. Chamomile is widely known for its calming and soothing properties but can be used to treat a host of ailments from insomnia to skin irritations. Chamomile oil has a soothing effect on the mind and so can help to settle nerves, combat anxiety and aid sleep. When applied to the skin Chamomile essential oil can also be used to soothe inflamed or irritated skin.
